Jan. the 8th, 2010, more freebies! In the morning I will be going to the Antique Mall in Marietta, Ohio to set up my prims. Snowmen here I come!!! HE-he-HE I promise to take photos and put them on the web site for all to see. I usually don't duplicate my items, but with the patterns coming out soon....I've been a busy sewer!! I will be offering pattern, but with the things I make, I will still hand draw on fabric, so that no two of anything will ever be exact. I think that is one thing that still keeps me from falling into the same-ol-same-ol. Remember....with this freebie, your ideas are endless! Have fun, NO mass producing. Link back to me if you'd like, be sure to send me pictures of what you make, LOVE seeing what you do too. Karen
This FREE pattern is one I hope you will enjoy! I have this pattern hand appliqued and stitched on the back of a wool jacket. I used wool fabric for my applique. I think that it turned out GREAT! Please use this pattern for stitching, applique, drawing, or painting. You may sell on your web site,e-bay, etsy, craft shows, etc. please remember to give me credit as the designer. Make sure to obey the copy right laws. Have fun!! Remember....no mass producing......more "FREEBIES" on the way. Don't worry, lots of patterns in my head and more on paper. Remember you can always print and re-size to YOUR size needed.
Another FREEBIE. Love that word. Free applique. One of my favorite things...snowmen,(the other would be crows). This stack of three snowmen, I prim hand stitched on the back of a wool blazer(photo coming soon), using wool fabric. The lettering, "let it snow" and "B r r r r r" I used a contrasting color of thread, prim hand stitched it on the jacket. Where you see the "dots" on the lettering, I put a french knot in the same color of thread as the lettering. Please use this pattern for stitching, applique a sweatshirt, rug hooking, drawing, painting etc. You may sell the finished item on your web site,e-bay,etsy,craft shows, etc. Please remember to give me the credit as the designer. Make sure to obey the copy right laws. Have FUN!!! Remember...NO mass producing...more FREEBIES on the way.
This little ragged ann sits nestled in the pines, or can sit in a cupboard year 'round. She measures about 11" long. Her hair has been hand stitched on, her face has been hand painted (no 2 will be the same). Her body has been caffee stained. She has a coffee stained star safty pinned to her hand. Gotta love those big feet of hers. (pattern will be here sooner than we think)
primitive, hand stitched sweatshirt, brushed flannel snowman, holding s crow with his twiggy arms. On the back is a primitive pine tree. He has mixed button eyes, and of course a carrot nose. The sweatshirt is a dark plum.
Primitive, hand stitched sweatshirt. This sweatshirt has the illusion of a milk bowl holding some of my favorite things: candy canes, gingerbread men, and a stocking. On the back is a stocking with a small gingerbread man hanging out. This sweatshirt is a med plum.
